Strategically located at the northwest corner of 24th Street and East Riverview Drive, Airport I-10 Business Park  (adjacent and north of the Salt River) represents the last large, developable parcel left in the Sky Harbor International Airport submarket. This 58 acre project features five buildings totaling 923,728 SF.

This development was Optimus’ second major project that was constructed entirely on a construction landfill.  Optimus provided extensive civil engineering and surveying design that included offsite street and water extensions.  In addition, accommodating improvements that are in line with APS transmission corridor requirements.  Optimus issued City plan approval for the second phase of this project utilizing the City of Phoenix self-certification program.
