Tucson Marketplace at the Bridges is a 100-acre regional and community retail, lifestyle and entertainment based shopping center at I-10 and Kino Parkway bordering the South Tucson community.  It is situated on a 350-acre Planned Area Development (PAD), mixed-use campus that combines retail shopping along with housing, the new University of Arizona Bio-Medical Resource center and open space.  The retail portion of the project is approximately 60% developed and consists of Costco, Walmart, Cinemark Theaters, Dave & Buster’s and miscellaneous shops and restaurant Pads.
