Watermark at Chandler Airpark

Award Winning Mixed-Use Development

Watermark is a 40-acre mixed-use commercial development located adjacent to the Chandler Airpark in Chandler, Arizona. The first phase, which included 35,000 SF of professional office, 21,000 SF of boutique retail and restaurants, and a 114,000 SF four-level storage facility, opened in fall 2008. Total build out of this multi-phased project is expected to exceed 600,000 SF.

During the due diligence process, Optimus worked closely with its Client to evaluate multiple master plans and subsequent phasing scenarios. As a pre-requisite to obtaining zoning, Optimus completed preliminary plans for the grading and drainage, sewer, water and effluent water systems for the entire 40-acre project. Since the City required all improvements around Watermark to be completed in conjunction with Phase 1, Optimus’ services included all facets of site survey and civil engineering coordination for all of the off-site improvements as well as the on-site improvements for the first phase.
